Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

You can arrive anytime after 3:00 PM according to your own schedule. We will send you the door code on the day of your arrival for check-in.

Bed linens are not provided in the cottages. You can either bring your own bed linens or rent a set from us for a price of 12€ per set. The rental set includes a fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, hand towel, and bath towel. Please remember to request the bed linens when making your reservation.

There is not always staff on-site. That's why we kindly ask you to inquire about any additional requests when making your reservation or well in advance before your arrival. On the day of your arrival, you will receive a message with the door code for check-in.

Yes, you can drive a car to the vicinity of all cottages. You can also park your car next to the cottage.

Yes, there is a power outlet on the cottage wall that provides electricity during winter. Please remember to bring your own heating cable.

Yes, both Lapiosalmentie (the road to Lapiosalmi) and the yard area are cleared of snow during winter when there is snowfall. However, please note that if there is a heavy snowfall in a short period of time, the snow removal equipment may not immediately reach the area.

Yes, it is. Please make the sauna reservation along with your accommodation booking. You can inquire for more information about the sauna by phone or message.

Our address is Lapiosalmentie 9, Posio. There are signs on Ranuantie before turning onto Lapiosalmentie. When you arrive at our premises, there is an information board where you can find the exact location of your cottage.

The final cleaning of the cottage is the responsibility of the customer, but if you prefer, you can leave the cleaning to us. If you choose to have us take care of the final cleaning, the cost is 45€.
